- Accès Industrie is the number one French independent player in the rental of aerial work platforms for the construction and renovation of industrial and commercial buildings.
- Parquest, the group’s majority shareholder, joined forces with the management in a hybrid secondary MBO and delisting operation.
- Parquest supported the management team in accelerating the group’s development through a combination of organic growth and external growth in a new segment (long-term rental for players of the industry sector).
- Upon completion of this project, the management team committed to a new MBO to further pursue group’s development.
