- B&B is a budget hotel chain operating 110 hotels in France and 8 hotels in Germany.
- Parquest participated with Duke Street in the acquisition of B&B from its founder in a majority MBI alongside Georges Sampeur, a recognized tourism professional with an international track record.
- Accompanied by its financial partners, the management team led a dynamic development of the chain in France and Germany by combining the construction of new hotels and the purchase of existing sites.
- In 2005 the management team committed to a new MBO to continue the development of the group while remaining independent.
