- Caillau is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of high-performance stainless-steel clamps and seals for the automotive and aerospace industries.
- Parquest, the majority shareholder, invested in Caillau as part of a secondary MBO alongside the existing management team and CM-CIC Investissement.
- Parquest supported the group’s development in France with the construction of a new plant, as well as internationally, particularly in the United States and China.
- In 2018 the management team committed to a new MBO to continue the group’s development.
