- Parquest invested in Courtepaille as part of a secondary MBO alongside the management team, which took advantage of the transaction to increase its stake.
- Parquest supported the group’s development by accelerating the opening of new restaurants, enabling the network to grow from 170 to 220 restaurants in 5 years.
- In 2011 the management team committed to a new MBO to continue the development of the group while remaining independent.
