- JVS is an editor of management software for local authorities (town halls, local municipalities, local public authorities), leader in the small and medium-sized municipality segment.
- Parquest and BPI France, became group’s minority shareholders alongside the management, whom increased its stake in the company through this new MBO.
- With the support of Parquest, JVS intends to accelerate its development by enhancing its service offering and intensifying its external growth strategy.
