- Mont Blanc-Materne is the French leading branded canned desserts and compotes manufacturer.
- Parquest participated alongside Activa Capital in the takeover of Materne and its combination with Mont Blanc in a majority MBO transaction in association with the management team.
- With the support of its financial shareholders, the management team led a sustained development in France and abroad by capitalizing on the reputation of the group’s brands.
- In 2010 the management team committed to a new MBO to continue the development of the group while remaining independent.
